First and foremost, please know that you are not alone. Many people have experienced the same thoughts and feelings that you are currently experiencing. It can be incredibly difficult to cope with these emotions, but there is hope. From a Buddhist perspective, it is important to remember that everything is impermanent, including our thoughts and emotions. They come and go like clouds in the sky, and we do not have to identify with them or act on them. In other words, just because you are having thoughts of suicide, it does not mean that you have to act on them. From a psychological perspective, it sounds like you may be experiencing a great deal of emotional pain. It is important to acknowledge and validate these feelings, but also to remember that they do not define you. There are many effective treatments for depression and other mental health conditions, including therapy and medication. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, but it is a necessary step towards healing. As a coach, my advice would be to reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional for support. You do not have to go through this alone. If you are in immediate danger, please call your local emergency services or a suicide hotline. Remember that there is always hope, and that your life is valuable and meaningful.
