Dear User, I understand that it can be challenging to deal with someone who you do not like in your dance class. It can be frustrating when you try to focus on your breath, but still find it challenging to control your feelings towards this lady. It's okay to feel this way, and it's essential to acknowledge and accept your feelings. From a Buddhist perspective, it's crucial to practice non-judgmental awareness towards your thoughts and feelings. Instead of judging yourself for feeling the way you do, try to observe and accept your emotions without attachment or aversion. From a psychological perspective, it's essential to identify the root cause of your dislike towards this lady. Is it her behavior, personality, or something else? Once you identify the cause, you can work on addressing it. It's also vital to practice empathy towards her. Maybe she is new to the class and doesn't know how to interact with others. Try to put yourself in her shoes and understand her perspective. As for coaching advice, I suggest trying to interact with the lady in a non-judgmental way. Approach her with kindness and try to strike up a conversation. You might find that she's not as bad as you think. Also, try to focus on your own practice during the class rather than getting distracted by her. Remember that everyone has their journey, and it's not our place to judge them. Keep practicing non-judgmental awareness, empathy, and kindness towards yourself and others.
