Dear friend, I understand that you have been struggling with your faith and have decided not to believe in any religion because you don't see any evidence to support it. It can be difficult to reconcile our beliefs with the world around us, especially when we are bombarded with conflicting messages and experiences. It is natural to question and doubt, and it takes courage to confront these feelings head-on. Please know that you are not alone in your journey, and that there are many people who have gone through similar experiences. From a Buddhist perspective, the Buddha taught that we should not blindly accept any teaching, including his own. Instead, we should examine it for ourselves and see if it holds true in our own experience. The Buddha also taught that the ultimate truth can only be realized through direct experience, and that our beliefs should be based on reason and evidence, not blind faith. Therefore, it is important to continue to seek out knowledge and understanding, and to question everything until we find what resonates with us. From a psychological perspective, it is important to honor our own experiences and feelings, and to give ourselves permission to change our beliefs as we grow and evolve. It is also important to recognize that our beliefs are shaped by many factors, including our upbringing, culture, and personal experiences. Therefore, it is important to be open-minded and to seek out diverse perspectives, so that we can broaden our understanding of the world. In terms of coaching advice, I would suggest that you continue to explore your beliefs and values, and to seek out experiences that resonate with those values. This could involve reading books, attending lectures, or engaging in conversations with people who share your interests. It is also important to take care of yourself, both physically and mentally, so that you can approach this journey with clarity and compassion. Finally, I would encourage you to be patient and kind with yourself, and to trust that you will find your own path in your own time.
