Hi Buddha. I am married with three kids. Our marriage is not perfect, we haven't had sex in 4 years. Now may have fallen in love with another person, for whom I have very very strong feelings. Nothing has happened, as I have a moral duty to my wife. But I cannot stop thinking about this other person. What should I do?

Dear friend, I can sense that you are in a difficult and confusing situation. It is understandable that you are feeling conflicted and torn between your responsibilities towards your family and your strong feelings towards this other person. It takes a lot of courage to acknowledge these feelings and seek guidance. Please know that you are not alone and there is no need to feel ashamed or guilty about your emotions. From a Buddhist perspective, it is important to recognize that all beings experience suffering and desire happiness. It is natural to feel attracted to someone who brings us joy and happiness. However, it is also important to remember that attachment to these feelings can cause us to suffer. In this case, your attachment to this other person is causing you to feel conflicted and unsure of what to do. From a psychological perspective, it is common for individuals to experience feelings of attraction towards others outside of their committed relationships. It may be helpful to explore the root of these feelings and what needs they are fulfilling. Are you feeling unfulfilled or disconnected in your current relationship? Are there underlying issues that need to be addressed? It may be helpful to seek the support of a therapist or counselor to explore these questions. In terms of coaching advice, I suggest taking some time to reflect on your values and priorities. What is most important to you in life? What are your commitments and responsibilities to your family? It may also be helpful to have an open and honest conversation with your spouse about your feelings and the state of your relationship. Communication is key in any relationship, and it may be possible to work towards finding a solution together. Remember that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, and it is up to you to make the best decision for yourself and your family. Whatever you decide, I encourage you to approach the situation with compassion and mindfulness towards yourself and others.
