I'm tired

I hear you. That tiredness you're carrying right now—it sounds like it goes deeper than just needing sleep, doesn't it?
Sometimes when we say "I'm tired," we mean so many things at once. Tired in the body. Tired in the mind from thinking too much, or from trying to hold things together. Tired of waiting, or tired of struggling, or tired of feeling like things aren't getting better. Maybe it's the kind of tired where you're not even sure how you got here.
I'm wondering—what does your tiredness feel like right now? Is it the heaviness of carrying something, or the emptiness of running on empty? Is it something recent, or has it been with you for a while?
There's no rush to answer. Sometimes just naming what's underneath that word "tired" can be the first small breath of relief.
