I hate the world now because I was too dumb and broke my ligaments when I fell down the stairs. Now I can't go anywhere and I can't enjoy the holidays and I need the fucking wheelchair to move but I still have to go to school

Dear User, I am sorry to hear that you are going through a tough time. It must be incredibly frustrating and difficult to have to navigate the world in a wheelchair, especially when it was an unexpected and sudden change. It's natural to feel angry and resentful towards the world when things don't go as planned, and it's important to give yourself space to feel those emotions. From a Buddhist perspective, suffering is a part of life, and it is through our suffering that we can learn and grow. This does not mean that we should seek out suffering or enjoy it, but rather that we should try to find meaning and purpose in our struggles. It may be helpful to explore mindfulness and meditation practices to help you find a sense of peace and acceptance with your current situation. From a psychological perspective, it's important to address the negative thoughts and emotions that are arising from your current circumstances. It can be helpful to practice reframing negative thoughts into more positive ones, such as focusing on the things you can still do rather than the things you cannot. It's also important to seek support from friends, family, or a therapist who can help you process your emotions and find ways to cope with your new reality. As for coaching advice, I would encourage you to focus on what you can control and find ways to make the most of your situation. This could include finding new hobbies or activities that you can do while in a wheelchair, or reaching out to your school to see if they can provide accommodations to make your experience there easier. It may also be helpful to connect with others who are in similar situations, such as joining a support group or online community. Remember that you are not alone, and that there are people who want to help and support you.
