Woke up feeling heavy. My heart space and solar plexus feel tight and waves of tiredness are washing over me. Generally feel tired and lethargic. I took my B12, Omega 3 from Algea and 6 mushroom mix. Played with Ivy in the morning and did not feel myself, although that is not unusual. Maybe I need to accept that this is the way I feel. Work stuff drifted into my mind flicking from past upset to predicting what else I will be asked to do whilst feeling on the outside. Although, I have been struggling with work for a while I think when I went for a job earlier in the year has pushed me more towards the outside.

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling heavy and tired today. It can be challenging when our energy feels low and our emotions are weighing us down. It's important to remember that it's okay to have days like this, and it's natural for our energy levels to fluctuate. From a Buddhist perspective, we can view these feelings as impermanent and understand that they will pass in due time. It's also important to acknowledge that our thoughts can influence our emotions, and dwelling on past upsets or worrying about future work tasks can contribute to our tiredness and feeling of being on the outside. From a psychological perspective, it sounds like you may be experiencing some work-related stress and a sense of disconnection. It's common to feel this way when we're not fully satisfied or fulfilled in our job. It's important to prioritize self-care and find ways to replenish your energy. This could include engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation, such as spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness or meditation, or pursuing hobbies that you enjoy. It may also be helpful to reflect on your work situation and consider if there are any changes you could make to improve your sense of fulfillment and connection within your job. In terms of coaching advice, I would suggest focusing on self-compassion and acceptance. It's important to recognize that it's okay to feel tired and to give yourself permission to rest and recharge. Allow yourself to take breaks throughout the day and engage in activities that help you relax and rejuvenate. Additionally, consider exploring your work situation more deeply and identifying any areas that are causing you stress or dissatisfaction. This can help you gain clarity on what changes you may need to make, whether it's speaking to your supervisor about your concerns or exploring new job opportunities that align more with your values and interests. Remember to be patient and kind to yourself throughout this process, as change takes time.
