Dear User, I understand that you are feeling worried and overwhelmed due to the numerous subjects you need to study and the limited amount of time you have. It's natural to feel this way when faced with a long list of goals and a sense of urgency to achieve them. From a Buddhist perspective, it is important to acknowledge and accept the current situation you find yourself in. Recognize that feeling overwhelmed is a result of attachment to outcomes and a desire to control the future. Buddhism teaches us to focus on the present moment and let go of attachment to outcomes, which can help alleviate some of the stress and pressure you are experiencing. From a psychological perspective, it can be helpful to break down your goals and subjects into smaller, manageable tasks. Prioritize your list and identify the most important subjects or goals that need your immediate attention. By creating a realistic schedule and setting small, achievable targets, you can make progress without feeling overwhelmed. Remember to also take breaks and engage in self-care activities to maintain your well-being. Coaching advice: To achieve all your goals in one year, it is important to create a clear plan and establish a routine. Start by making a list of all the subjects you need to study and the goals you want to achieve. Then, break them down into smaller tasks that can be accomplished within a specific timeframe. Prioritize your tasks based on urgency and importance. Create a daily or weekly schedule that allows for dedicated study time, while also considering your other commitments and responsibilities. Be disciplined and stick to your schedule as much as possible, but also be flexible and open to adjusting it when needed. Remember to take breaks and practice self-care to maintain your energy and focus. Lastly, be kind to yourself and celebrate your achievements along the way, even if they are small steps towards your larger goals.
