Focus on developing healthy coping strategies, such as mindfulness, meditation, or journaling, to help manage stress and anxiety. Finally, seek support from loved ones or a professional if needed.
Remember, life may be hard, but you have the power to overcome challenges and grow into a stronger, more resilient person.
