People say that we should escape being single, even if being alone or with someone is the same outcome that being with someone is better than being alone for happiness and sadness. I feel unlucky to not have found a partner and I'm 30 years old. I'm afraid of the future because I might not have a partner.

Dear User, I can understand how you feel about the pressure to escape being single. It can be challenging when people constantly remind you that being in a relationship is better than being alone. However, it is important to remember that being single is not a bad thing. In fact, it can be an opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery. It is understandable that you may feel unlucky for not having found a partner yet. However, luck is not the only factor in finding a partner. Sometimes, it just takes time and patience. It is important to focus on building a happy and fulfilling life for yourself, instead of solely relying on a partner for happiness. It is natural to worry about the future, but try not to let the fear of not having a partner consume you. Remember to live in the present moment and enjoy the experiences life has to offer. As a coach, I suggest that you focus on developing a strong sense of self-worth and confidence. Explore your interests and passions, and try new things. This can lead to meeting new people and potentially finding a partner who shares your values and interests. It is also important to work on cultivating positive relationships with friends and family. This can provide a support system and a sense of belonging. Remember that being single is not a negative thing, and that happiness can come from within. Focus on building a fulfilling life for yourself and trust that the right person will come into your life at the right time.
