My boss accidentally texted me instead of my colleague that I am expected to know certain case. However, this case is handle by my colleague not me. Her expectation is ridiculous especially she didn't go through with us what to do. She usually just forwarded email and expect us to follow up despite im new to this company. Should I stay on this job or shall I find a new job?

Dear User, I can understand how you might be feeling after receiving that text from your boss. It can be frustrating and overwhelming to be expected to know about a case that is handled by your colleague, especially when you are new to the company. It seems like your boss has not communicated clearly with you and your colleague about what is expected of you both. It is natural to feel uncertain about whether you should stay in this job or find a new one, but it is important to take some time to reflect on this decision.
From a Buddhist perspective, it is important to practice mindfulness and self-awareness in times of uncertainty. Take some time to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Ask yourself what is driving your desire to leave this job. Is it fear, frustration, or a sense of being undervalued? By understanding the root of your feelings, you can make a more informed decision about what action to take.
From a psychological perspective, it might be helpful to evaluate the pros and cons of staying in this job versus finding a new one. Consider factors such as job satisfaction, work-life balance, salary, and growth opportunities. You could also try to have an open and honest conversation with your boss about your concerns and see if there is a way to improve the situation.
In terms of coaching advice, I suggest that you take some time to reflect on your priorities and values. What kind of work environment aligns with your values and what makes you happy? Once you have a clearer understanding of what you want, you can start to explore other job opportunities that might be a better fit for you. In the meantime, try to communicate effectively with your boss and colleague, and focus on building your skills and knowledge in your current role.
