Dear User, I can understand how you must be feeling right now. Starting a new job can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming, especially when you are not happy with the job role. It can be stressful when you are expected to catch up quickly during training, and it doesn't help when the location of the job is far from your home. It's understandable that you feel exhausted and stressed out, especially when you don't have any personal time after work. It's also natural to feel anxious when your senior wants you to work at a place that is even further away from your home, and you have concerns about the expenses involved.
From a Buddhist perspective, it's important to remember that everything is impermanent, and this includes your work situation. Your current job may not be what you expected, but it's essential to view this as an opportunity to learn and grow. You can practice mindfulness and meditation to help you cope with the stress and anxiety you are experiencing. It's also important to practice self-compassion and not be too hard on yourself.
From a psychological perspective, it's crucial to take care of your mental and physical health. Make sure you get enough sleep and take breaks throughout the day to recharge. You can also talk to your senior about your concerns regarding the location of the job and the expenses involved. Communication is key, and it's essential to express yourself calmly and assertively. It's also important to set boundaries and prioritize your personal life, so you don't feel overwhelmed and exhausted.
In terms of coaching advice, I would suggest that you take some time to reflect on your interests, skills, and values. This will help you gain clarity on what you want in your career and what steps you can take to achieve your goals. You can also explore other job opportunities that align with your interests and values. Networking is an excellent way to meet new people and learn about new job opportunities. Lastly, remember that you have the power to make choices that serve your best interests.
