Dear User, I can understand how challenging and stressful your current job situation must be for you. It sounds like you are feeling overwhelmed with the workload, long hours, and the commute to work. It's natural to feel this way when we are faced with such difficulties, and I want you to know that you're not alone in this.
From a Buddhist perspective, the first step to overcoming any challenge is to accept the reality of the situation. Accepting that your job is causing you stress and anxiety is crucial to figuring out how to move forward. It's essential to acknowledge your emotions and not suppress them. By accepting your situation, you will be able to take the necessary steps to improve it.
From a psychological perspective, it's important to identify what is causing you stress and anxiety. In your case, it seems to be a combination of workload, long hours, and the commute. Once you have identified the root cause of your stress, you can begin to find ways to manage it effectively. This could involve setting boundaries with your senior, finding ways to reduce your workload, or finding a different job that is closer to your home.
In terms of coaching, I would recommend that you try to have an open and honest conversation with your senior. Explain to them that the long commute and extended working hours are causing you stress and are not sustainable in the long run. You can also suggest alternative solutions that could make your work-life balance more manageable. Additionally, try to prioritize self-care activities such as exercise, meditation, or spending time with loved ones to help you feel more grounded and relaxed outside of work.
Remember that it's okay to prioritize your mental health and well-being. You deserve a job that brings you fulfillment and happiness, and with the right mindset and actions, you can find it.
