What do I do when I only have a few friends, but almost all doesn't seem to understand my condition, and I really wish to cut off conversations with anyone now, whenever someone starts talking, and that include my family members.

Dear friend, thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation. It sounds like you are feeling isolated and misunderstood by the people around you, including your family members. It's understandable that you may feel the need to cut off conversations with others when you're not feeling heard or supported. It's important to honor and acknowledge these feelings, as they are valid and deserve attention. From a Buddhist perspective, it's helpful to remember that all beings are interconnected and that we all share the same basic desire for happiness and freedom from suffering. This includes both ourselves and those around us, even if it may not seem that way at times. It can be challenging to extend compassion and understanding to others when we feel like they don't understand us, but it's a practice worth cultivating. Perhaps consider reflecting on what might be going on for the other person, and see if there's any way to approach the conversation from a place of curiosity and openness, rather than shutting down right away. From a psychological perspective, it's important to prioritize self-care and boundaries. If you're feeling overwhelmed and drained by conversations with others, it may be helpful to take a step back and reassess your social interactions. This could mean setting clear boundaries with certain people or taking a break from socializing altogether for a period of time. It's also important to seek out support from people who do understand and validate your experience. This could be a therapist, support group, or online community. My coaching advice for you would be to prioritize self-care and seek out support from those who understand and validate your experience. This may mean setting clear boundaries with certain people and taking a break from socializing for a period of time. It's important to remember that you deserve to be heard and supported, and it's okay to take the time and space you need to prioritize your own well-being. With time and practice, it's possible to cultivate compassion and understanding for both yourself and others, even in challenging situations.
