Dear friend, I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with coping with the bad judgments of others. It is understandable that this can be a challenging situation to deal with, and it is okay to feel overwhelmed or frustrated by it. It can be difficult to confront these judgments head-on, especially if they are hurtful or untrue. However, it is important to remember that you do not have to face this alone, and there are ways to work through these feelings and come out stronger on the other side.
From a Buddhist perspective, it is important to recognize the impermanence of these judgments. Just as everything in life is constantly changing, so too are the opinions of others. It can be helpful to focus on cultivating a sense of inner peace and contentment, rather than seeking validation or approval from external sources. This can be done through mindfulness meditation, which can help to quiet the mind and reduce feelings of anxiety or stress.
From a psychological perspective, it can be helpful to reframe these judgments in a more positive light. Instead of seeing them as personal attacks, try to view them as opportunities for growth and self-improvement. Ask yourself what you can learn from these judgments, and how you can use this feedback to become a better version of yourself. It can also be helpful to seek support from friends, family, or a therapist, who can provide a safe space to process these feelings and offer guidance and encouragement.
In terms of coaching advice, I would encourage you to take small steps towards facing these judgments, rather than trying to tackle everything at once. Start by identifying one or two judgments that are particularly challenging, and work on reframing them in a more positive light. You may also find it helpful to practice assertiveness skills, which can help you to communicate your needs and boundaries in a clear and respectful way. Remember that it is okay to take things at your own pace, and to seek support and guidance as needed.
